How Remote Online Notarization Works
1. Book your preferred 30-minute appointment through Square. Jefferson Notary Group will review the document type, signer location, identification, and transaction requirements before confirming that the request is eligible for RON.
2. Prepare a reliable internet connection, a device with a working camera and microphone, acceptable identification, access to your session email, and your complete unsigned document. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the secure online session. Pricing is confirmed after eligibility review.
